| 摘 要： | 针对CCR模型只将决策单元分为有效与非有效的不足,提出超效率DEA模型,并进一步分析了影响决策单元效率值的深层因素;运用超效率DEA的两阶段法,对我国一些省、市、地区第三产业、传统服务业和新兴服务业的发展状况进行了评价,进一步分析了影响服务业发展的深层因素。

| Abstract: | A model of supper-efficient DEA was put forward to improve the CCR model which only divides the DMU into efficient or inefficient.And factors that affect the efficiency index of DMU were analyzed.The two-stage method of super-efficient DEA was applied to evaluating the competing ability of provincial service industry and the factors influencing the development of service industry and the factors influencing the development of service industry were also analyzed. |
