| Abstract: | The production and operation of well salt in Sichuan Province has a long history and wide distributes. It reflects various kinds and rich content of salt investment contracts on salt production and operation, and plays an important role in Chinese history of salt culture and law culture. The content and features of investment modes, operation modes risktaking etc. reflected by salt investment contracts are of great referential significance for the establishment of today's systems in investment fields. |
