| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐大学是建设和谐社会重要内容之一。和谐大学与和谐社会的基本内涵一致性决定了高校建设和谐校园的原则目标。由于高校纪检监察工作与和谐校园建设有着内在的联系，纪检监察部门要围绕大学传播知识、培育人才、服务社会的职能作用，理解社会主义大学的办学理念，以纪检监察特有的途径和工作方式依法行使职权，坚持反腐倡廉工作方针，坚持民主法制，坚持公平正义，把握高校纪检监察工作主线，健康有序地推进学校反腐倡廉建设，对促进学校教学科研发展，保障正常良好的教学秩序具有积极意义。
