| Abstract: | On the arrival of the new century, the project to construct Guangzhou College Town was put forward by the Municipal Government of Guangzhou, which is an important strategic decision concerning the long-term development of social economy of Guangzhou. According to this, the paper probes into some issues such as the choice of location, the set of aim and the management of College Town. |
