| Abstract: | It is insufficient only to depend upon the farmers in order to construct the new countryside well, we have to play government＇s leading role fully. However, the government leading role has some defects and problems inevitably. This paper has analyzed the inevitability and problems of the government＇ s leading role in the new rural construction, and how to display the government＇s leading role. |
