清末子学复兴考

子学是我国传统学术中的重要组成部分，清末子学复兴应有自身的规律。子学起源于西周，繁荣于战国，中断于汉，历经魏、晋、南北朝、隋唐、宋、元、明各代，时隐时现，而大盛于清中叶。清末子学复兴的思想背景是与近代以来特定的救亡图存的民族精神紧密联系的。在民族精神的感召下，一些进步的学者为寻求经略国家的路径，试图从传统诸子学说中探索利弊得失，为治国方略提供理论依据，从而也得出子学不足以救亡图存，必须向西方学习富国强兵的先进技术，对传统的子学重新认识，提出新的政治主张与学术思想观念。

Revival of Schools Thought in Late Qing Dynasty

Schools of Thought is an important part of Chinese traditional academic research .The revival of Hundred Schools Thought in Late Qing Dynasty should have its own laws ,which originated from the Western Zhou Dynasty ,flourished in the Warring States ,but was interrupted in the Han ,then through Wei ,Jin ,Southern and Northern Dynasties ,Sui ,Tang ,Song ,Yuan and Ming ,etc .The Study flickered in different dynasties and thrived in Mid-Qing Dynasty .The ideological background of revival was closely linked with the national spirit of ＂salvation＂ under specific historical conditions in modern times .With the appeal of the national spirit ,some progressive scholars tried to seek general plan for national running by exploring the advantages and disadvantages from the Schools of Thought ,providing a theoretical basis for the country＇s path .They also drew a conclusion that the Study of Hundred Schools Thought was not enough for national management .We have to learn from the western advanced technology , rediscover the new understanding ,and propose creative political and academic ideas .
