| 摘 要： | 作为新保守主义的代表人物,哈耶克与以罗尔斯为代表的当代美国新自由主义存在较大的理论分歧与争论。这些争论主要体现为个人正义与社会正义、进化论理性主义与建构论理性主义、反对福利国家与支持福利国家等方面。通过对这些争论的分析,能更加深刻地理解新保守主义与当代美国新自由主义的理论旨归和现实依托。

| Abstract: | As the representative of the New Conservatism,Hayek has more theoretical disputes and debates with Rawls,the delegate of the contemporary American New Liberalism.These debates embody mainly in the sides including individual justice and social justice,evolution rationalism and constructive rationalism,opposing farewell state and supporting farewell state.By means of analyzing these debates,we can understand deeply the theoretical target and the real basis about the New Conservatism and the contemporary American New Liberalism. |
