| 摘 要： | 本文在学习和领会解放思想、实事求是、与.时俱进、开拓创新是江泽民重要论述的鲜明特征的基础上,指出了江泽民科技思想始终贯穿于创新这条主线,并集中体现在关于造就创新人才、加强自主知识创新、依靠技术创新发展高科技产业和推进体制与机制创新等方面.

| Abstract: | Based on studying and realizing that the clear characteristics of Jiang Zemin's important dissertation is liberating thoughts,being practical and realistic,advancing with the times,deploitation and innovation.It is put forward that Jiang Zemin thought on science and technology is concentrated in the innovative ideas which mainly include the aspects of training talents, enhancing knowledge innovations with self-determination,developing high-tech industries with the support of technical innovations,and pushing the innovations of administrant system and mechanism setc. |
