| 摘 要： | 通过对甘肃临夏回族自治州1999-2005年农村金融发展与农村经济的灰色关联分析,发现临夏州农村金融规模是影响农村经济增长和农村经济发展的重要指标;农村金融机构的转贷问题并不突出;农业贷款对农林牧渔业和农民收入的贡献率不大,并有挪作他用的现象;乡镇企业贷款对乡镇企业增加值的直接贡献有限,乡镇企业的发展对农村金融的依赖程度不高,但对农业经济增长和农民收入的影响却较为突出。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the grey relevance between financial development and economy of rural area of Linxia Hui Autonomous prefecture from 1999-2005 and finds that the rural area financial scale of Linxia is an important quota of influencing rural economic increase and economic development;Transferring loan of rural financial department is not protruding;The contribution rate of agricultural loan to farming,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery and farmers' income is not big and it is even used for other purposes.The contribution of township enterprise loan to township enterprise growth quota is limited,the development of township enterprise will not depend on rural finance much but it influences agricultural economic increase and farmer's income considerably. |
