| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会,是我们党全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的一项重大举措.妇女发展是社会发展的一个重要组成部分,是构建和谐社会的基本要求.当前,我国的妇女发展面临着较大的性别歧视、就业难和参政水平不高等问题.要解决这些问题,就必须提高妇女的教育程度,积极扶持妇女自主创业,从政策上为妇女发展提供保证.

| Abstract: | Construction of socialism harmonious society is an important measure for Chinese Communist Party to construct well-off all-round society and create new prospect of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Women development is an important part of social development and is the basic requirement for construction of harmonious society.Currently,women development in China faces great sex discrimination,unemployment and low level in governmental employment.In order to resolve the problems,educational level of women must be raised,self-employment of women should be supported and women development should be guaranteed in policy. |
