人力资源管理专业核心课程教学改革效果分析

摘    要:基于对课程教学改革文献的梳理,从教学资源、教学内容、教学目标、教学方式与手段、教学组织、考核方式、教学反馈、环境保障八个方面对人力资源管理专业核心课程教学改革效果进行评价,并对课程教学满意度影响因素进行探究。结果显示:不同维度的课程教学改革效果在不同年级存在差异,教师推荐网络学习资源满足学习需要程度、教学内容反映本领域前沿知识程度、学生在团队或学习小组发挥作用评价对教学效果具有显著正向影响,在推进课程教学改革中要坚持以学生诉求引领课程教学改革理念,加强网络学习资源和教学内容的前沿性建设,重视引导学生学习共同体建设。

Abstract:Based on the literature review,this paper evaluates the core courses teaching reform effect of human resource management major from eight aspects:teaching resources,teaching content,teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching organization,assessment methods,teaching feedback and support conditions,and explores the influencing factors of teaching satisfaction.The results show that the effect of different dimensions of teaching reform effect is different in different grades.The degree of online learning resources to meet the needs of students,the novelty of teaching content,and the degree of students’autonomous role have significant positive impact on the teaching effect.In the future course teaching reform,it should reflect the demands of students,strengthen the construction of online learning resources and keep the novelty of teaching content,and attach importance to the construction of students’learning community.
