| 摘 要： | 开展协同创新是高校提升创新能力的必然选择，也是建设先进国防科技工业的现实要求。高校面向国防科技工业开展协同创新，面临着重大机遇和挑战，同时也对高校提出较高要求，以满足国防现代化建设要求的高技术武器装备研制供给能力，为国防科技工业创新发展提供持续支撑和引领，成为国防科技工业重要的创新基地。

| Abstract: | It is both the inevitable choice to canT out cooperative innovation to raise the innovation capacity in colleges and uni- versities, and the realistic requirement to construct advanced national defense industry. Colleges and universities arc faced with great opportunities, challenges and higher requirements to carry out collaborative innovation targeted at national defense industry. This is to meet the requirements of national defense modernization for high - teeh weapon and equipment research and supply ca- pacity, for sustainable support and guidance to the innovative development of national defense industry, so as to serve as the im- portant innovation base of national defense industry. |
