62例老年维持性血液透析患者透析中心律失常的特点及疗效观察

目的探讨老年维持性血液透析患者在血液透析过程中发生心律失常的特点，并评价相应综合治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析62例老年维持性血液透析患者共411例次透析中心律失常的类型和产生原因，根据病因给予相应的综合处理措施并观察疗效。结果本组老年维持性血液透析患者在血液透析中发生心律失常的比例为14.3％，其中以心房纤颤、房性早搏和室性早搏最为常见，经采取综合处理措施后，终止心律失常的成功率为91．5％。结论心律失常是老年维持性血液透析患者在血液透析中的常见并发症，给予相应的治疗措施可以有效的控制心律失常的发生。

Assessment of the Characteristics of Arrhythmia and Efficacy of Comprehensive Management During Hemodialysis in Old Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Objective To identify the features of arrhythmia during hemodialysis in old maintenance hemodialysis patients and to assess the efficacy of comprehensive management.Methods 62 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were recruited for analysis retrospectively. Totally 411 runs of arrhythmia were identified. Variants and causes of that arrhythmia were analyzed.Comprehensive treatments were applied to the patients according to related conditions,and patients' responses were recorded. Results The frequency of arrhythmia during hemodialysis in this cohort of patients was 14.3%. Atrial fibrillation,atrial premature beats and ventricular premature beats were the most common variants. Rescue rate was 91.5% after applying the comprehensive management.Conclusions Arrhythmia is a common complication during hemodialysis in old maintenance hemodialysis patients.Most of those arrhythmia are responded to the comprehensive management vary well.
