| Abstract: | This paper argues that the patent strategy, the acquisition and utilization of the patent information, the patent license trade, and so on, have become important contents and measures of business operation and business administration along with socialist market economic system is being built and perfected in our country, especially after our country entered WTO , and discusses the relations between every aspect of the business operation, management and the patent technology. |
