公共政策视野中的留守儿童教育问题探讨

随着工业化、城镇化、现代化进程的加快，大量农村劳动力进入城市务工，留守儿童尤其是其教育问题逐渐成为社会热点问题。究其原因，从政策角度考虑，是由于二元体制下的户籍制度，教育政策的偏差，以及政策法规的执行不力等因素的影响。为此，国家应该通过消除户籍壁垒，加大对农村教育的投入，建设寄宿学校等政策措施为解决留守儿童问题铺平道路。
