| Abstract: | In accordance with the actual state of faculty,faculty construction should be highly valued with the aim to train applicative talents and serve local economic construction,It is important to establish the characteristic of application-oriented universities,based on establishing the choiceness ethos of teaching and training,stress improving teaching ability of younger teachers,strengthen cooperating of science and technology with factories. |
