| 摘 要： | 党的十七大提出要提高选人用人公信度。加强组工干部队伍，提升组织部门公信力是其重要方面。当前，组工干部要以提高政治素质为前提、业务素质为重点、拒腐能力为关键、人民群众满意为标准，加强自身建设。提高人民群众对干部工作的满意度。
