| 摘 要： | 通过对陕北民俗体育活动的社会性功能和价值意义的研究认为，陕北民俗体育活动具有独特的健身娱乐、教育启发、表演丰富等社会功能。将陕北民俗体育课程资源引入普通高校公体课程开设的必要性、可行性和优势的分析，其具有提高学生身心和谐发展和增强社会适应能力与道德渗透，丰富体育课程体系的重要意义和价值。
