数字经济视阈下企业组织形态和劳动关系新变化及工会应对策略

摘    要:数字经济是在人类经济社会经历农业经济、工业经济之后更高级的经济发展方式,数据成为关键生产要素。企业组织在追逐自身目标下会随着经济发展方式的转变而调整其结构形态,向无边界、扁平化、平台化、柔性管理及高组织效率的液态转变,与之相对应的劳动关系也会发生变化。工会应该全面审视数字经济对劳动关系的影响,提高数据治理能力,提升劳动者数字素养,增强群众工作本领。

Countermeasures of Trade Unions on the New Changes of Organizational Form of Enterprises and Labor Relationship from the View of Digital Economy

Abstract:Digital economy is a higher economic development mode after agricultural economy and industrial economy in human history with big data becoming the core productive factor.In order to approach their goals,enterprises had adjusted their organizational forms with the changes of economic development,which transform to the liquid transition of boundary-free,flat,platformization,flexible management and high organizational efficiency.As a result,labor relationship also changes accordingly.Trade unions should examine the influences on labor relations by digital economy and strengthen data management ability,upgrade digital literacy of workers and increase the working skills of the general public.
