| 摘 要： | 生态危机导致自然生态系统与社会经济系统发生严重的对立和冲突,给人类生存和发展带来严重威胁,生态危机已成为构建和谐社会的最大障碍之一。面对生态危机带来的挑战和威胁,要完成构建和谐社会这一伟大目标,实现人类社会的可持续发展,必须坚持科学发展观,从加强生态价值观教育,发展低碳经济,营造和谐生态文化环境,制定和完善相关法律和制度,积极开展国际交流与合作等方面出发,走人与自然和谐相处的生态文明之路。

| Abstract: | Ecological crisis leads to serious opposition and conflicts in natural ecological system and social economic system.It brings threats to human survival and development.Ecological crisis has become the biggest obstacle to construct the harmonious society.Facing the challenge of ecological crisis and threats,aiming to reach the target of constructing a harmonious society and achieving the sustainable development of the human society,it is necessary to adhere to the scientific concept of development.It can be realized that human and nature live in harmony if human beings strengthen education in ecological values,develop a low-carbon economy,build an ecological culture environment,enact and perfect relevant laws and system,promote international exchanges and cooperation and so on. |
