环境管理者的胜任力与工作绩效的关系研究

摘    要:探讨环境管理者胜任力的不同维度对环境绩效和企业绩效的影响作用以及环境绩效的中介效应,以明晰环境管理者的胜任力对企业绩效的作用机理。利用178家中国制造企业的问卷调研数据,采用中介效应的检验和结构方程模型方法检验研究假设。实证结果显示:环境管理者胜任力的五个维度都对环境绩效有显著的正向影响;环境绩效对个人特质、专业知识、沟通能力、团队协作和企业绩效之间的关系起完全中介效应,而对问题解决和企业绩效之间的关系起部分中介效应。

Abstract:This study aims to examine the impacts of different dimensions of environmental manager′s competence on environmental performance and firm performance,as well as the mediating effect of environmental performance to help us better understand how environmental manager's competence influences firm performance.Using data from 178Chinese manufacturing firms,we test the research hypotheses.The results indicate that all five dimensions of environmental manager's competence have positive and significant impact on firm performance.In addition,the relationships between personal trait,specialized knowledge,communication skill and teamwork and firm performance are completely mediated by environmental performance,while the relationship between problem solving and firm performance is partially mediated by environmental performance.
