| 摘 要： | 合理规范土地征收补偿制度直接关系到众多失地农民的利益。通过对祖国大陆与台湾地区土地征收补偿制度的比较,在借鉴台湾地区征地补偿经验的基础上,提出改进祖国大陆土地征收补偿制度的一些举措,以期对祖国大陆土地征收制度的发展完善有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Rationally standardizing the compensation system of land expropriation directly relates to the losing-land farmers′ interests.In this paper,by comparing the compensation systems of land expropriation between the mainland and Taiwan Region,referring to the experiences in Taiwan,the measures to improve the compensation system of land expropriation in the mainland are proposed,so as to promote the future development. |
