论高校德育工作的无意识教育

摘    要:
高校德育工作的无意识教育,实质是“无意识接受教育”。其手段的依附性、过程的隐蔽性、情感的愉悦性等特征,能充分发挥有意识教育所无法替代的优势:有效消除逆反心理、激发参与意识、覆盖德育工作全程。应恰到好处地使用主体人格感召、有益活动引导、优美环境熏陶、群体文化影响等形式,坚持有意性、方向性、开放性、综合性的辩证原则,坚持发挥有意识教育主体地位与无意识教育的互补、配合作用。

Abstract:
Unconscious education in the work of moral education in HEIs features:dependence in means ,joyfulness in feeling ,latency in process,and unstableness in effe ct.It can make up for the deficiency o f conscious education ,and especially has its own specific advantages that conscious educatio n cannot replace.Therefore,some pr oper methods shoud be adopted in cond ucting unconscious edu-cation in colleges and universities.At the same time,the principles of c onsciousness,orientation,openin g and comprehensiveness must be upholded.Only by doing so,is it possible to develop a new field for the work of moral education in HEIs.
