| 摘 要： | "远交近攻"是先秦以来中原各政权惯用的一种方略,隋朝政治家长孙晟承接这一方略,又提出"离强合弱"一策,整合成完整的政治谋略思想,将其提供给隋文帝,在瓦解突厥侵扰势力,安定西北边疆民族地区上起了极其重大的作用。本文探讨了这一策略思想的形成和应用过程,并指出其中的积极意义。 |

| Abstract: | "Be friend to distant states while attacking those nearby"was a long-established strategy of the mid-land China since the Qin Dynasty and its previous times.In the Sui Dynasty,Zhangsun Sheng,a politician,adopted this policy and put forward a new idea of "separating the strong while uniting the weak".He developed all this into complete political strategic views and presented them to emperor Sui Wen Di.Such polices contributed greatly to disintegrating the Tujue disturbances and invasions and stabilizing the Minorities along the Northwestern Frontiers.This essay tries to discuss the process of the shaping and applying of this strategic view and thus the positive influence is displayed. |
