摘    要:
社会主义市场经济中的工资是劳动的价格,是劳动价值的表现形式,它应当以劳动的价值为基础,应当通过竞争过程形成.这样才算揭示了社会主义工资的特殊本质,才算说明了社会主义工资是"和谐工资",进而才能说明和谐社会,相反,用劳动力价值范畴就错解了社会主义工资的本质关系,这样既不能说明"和谐工资",又不能说明和谐社会,反而会诱发社会冲突.

Abstract:
The wage in socialism market economy is the price of labor and is the reflective form of the value of labor and should be formed through competitive process on the basis of the value of labor.As a result,harmonious wage reveals the special essence of socialism wage and indicates that socialism wage is harmonious,and then harmonious society is defined.On the contrary,if the category of the value of labor force is used,the essence of socialism wage is wrongly interpreted,not only harmonious wage can not be defined but also harmonious society can not be defined and social conflict will be trig- gered.
