警民政治信任问题研究

鉴于新时代政治建警的大趋势,警民信任关系研究有必要突出警民间的政治信任问题。从政治信任生成机制中的信任主体、信任客体与信任环境三要素来考察,警民政治信任问题主要集中在人民群众对警察的政治期待、警察对于人民群众的政治可信性以及警民政治信任的环境等方面。围绕以上问题,提升警民政治信任,应该在激发人民群众对警察的政治兴趣、稳定和培树人民群众对警察的政治预期、政治信心以及习惯性思维偏好上下功夫;在塑造警察政治能力、展现警察政治友爱和坚守警察正直属性上苦练内功;改善警民政治信任大环境,优化治安、法治和涉警舆情氛围。

Research on the Problem of Police-civilian Political Trust

In view of the general trend of political construction of the police in the new era,it is necessary to highlight the issue of police-civilian political trust in the study of police-civilian trust relationship.From the perspective of the three elements,which are the subject of trust,the object of trust and the environment of trust,the formational mechanism of political trust.The problem of police-civilian political trust mainly focuses on the people’s political expectation of the police,the political credibility of the police to the people and the environment of police-civilian political trust.Based on the above,to enhance the political trust of the police and the people,efforts should be made to stimulate the people’s political interest towards the police,to stabilize and to foster the people’s political expectations,confidence and habitual thinking preferences towards the police.Efforts should also be made to shape the police’s political ability,to show the police’s political friendship and to uphold the police’s integrity.Besides,It is equally necessary to improve the environment of political trust between the police and the people,and to optimize public security,the rule of law and the atmosphere of police-related public sentiment.
