| 摘 要： | 现阶段,民营经济已成为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,但其获得的金融支持与其贡献相比明显不对等。本文较为系统地分析了民营经济金融支持中存在的问题及成因,并从提高民营经济自身素质、深化金融体制改革、创建地方性民营中小金融机构、完善民营企业信用担保体系、积极推进资本市场建设及加快立法进程等方面提出了对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,private enterprise economy has become an important part of social market economy, but the financial support it obtains is not proportional to its contribution. This paper analyzes systematically the problems existing in the financial support of private enterprise economy,and brings forward the following suggestions: enhance the quality of private enterprise economy main body, further the reform of financial system, create small local private enterprise financial institutions, perfect the credit security system, boost the construction of capital market and accelerate the process of law making. |
