摘    要:传统的图书情报机构的组织管理手段会成为知识服务的制约因素 ,必须对其组织结构、人员素质、服务方式等进行深刻的变革 ,创建一种全新的组织管理模式与管理机制 ,进而使知识服务工作成为现代图书情报机构发展的核心和生长点。

Abstract:Since the traditional organizational and managerial methods of library intelligence department have already become a confining factor for knowledge service, its organizational structure, staff quality and service mode need profound reform. A revolutionary new organizational and managerial mode and managerial system must be established, thereby knowledge service is to become the center and growing point of the development of modern library intelligence department.
