| Abstract: | With the advancement of Heilongjiang province,we should realize the scale operation of rural land development,land transfer mechanism,the consummation social security system,labor and government functions appearing in land management scale.It is essential to perfect and coordinate relevant laws and regulations in pushing scale management of rural land. |
