新时代农村基层党建研究

随着基层党建工作的不断展开,其考核指标逐渐硬化,而基层内生动力却相对弱化,基层党建工作实效降低。基层党建与日常生活之间存在张力,再加上基层社会资源相对匮乏,党建引领效果呈现出一定程度的虚化。改善基层党建工作,要在政治格局中明确其社会引领功能及限度,通过党的组织建设切实提升党建引领能力,并通过社会资源的支撑和制度保障,使基层党建达到"形真""效实"的有机结合。

Study on rural primary-level Party building in the new era

With the gradual hardening of assessment indicators and theweakening of grass-roots′endogenous power,the effectiveness of primary-level Party building is reduced.The tension between primary-level Party building and daily life and the lack of social resources at the grass-roots level lead to a certain degree of ineffective leading effect of Party building.The improvement of primary-level Party building should clearly define its social leading function and limit in the political structure,improve the leading ability of Party building through the Party′s organization construction,and achieve the organic combination of"truth"and"effectiveness"through the support of social resources and institutional guarantee.
