| 摘 要： | 介词在法律语言中起着极为重要的衔接功能。在语言的历时发展中，法律语言中的介词既有语言领域的共同特征、受整个语言系统演变规律支配，同时又有专科领域中的独特风格，从而呈现出不同于普通领域中介词的发展特点。 |

| Abstract: | Prepositions play a very important role of linking in languages used in law. Diachronically speaking, these prepositions have common features of language and are controlled by the way of language evolution; at the same time, they carry specialized features so that its way of change is different from those of used in daily talks. |
