| 摘 要： | 在中国成功战胜国际金融危机、实现经济总体回升向好的背景下,转变经济发展方式是巩固战胜国际金融危机的成果、继续保持经济平稳较快发展、推进我国经济又好又快发展的关键举措.要坚持落实科学发展观理念、深刻领会转变经济发展方式的科学内涵.后金融危机时代加快转变经济发展方式,实现我国国民经济又好又快发展,需要进一步完善社会主义市场经济体制、不断地优化和调整经济结构、不断地进行自主创新、全心全意地为广大人民谋福利.
