| 摘 要： | 本文报道了具有代表性的,来自二大种源区的霍山和黄平马尾松的核型,研究结果表明,马尾松的核型为2n=24=24m,均为中央着丝粒染色体,属于较原始的“1A”类型。不对称系数分析表明,北部分布区的霍山种源的核型较为对称,在中西部分布区的黄平种源的核型较不对称。因此核型表现出明显的地理差异。

| Abstract: | The present paper reports the chromosomes of two Geographical Races of Pinus massoniana Lamb. They have the same diploid chromosome (2n = 24) and the same standard Karyotype formulas (2n = 24 = 24m) although a little differences were obtained with two geoyraghical races of P. massoniana. |
