构筑东北亚经贸合作的框架基础--关于合作途径和突破点的几点思考

在世界经济一体化、经济全球化和区域经济一体化不断发展的潮流中,东北亚经济合作始终是世人关注的焦点之一.但是,直至目前为止东北亚经济合作仍然进展缓慢,并没有取得实质性的突破和进展.本文认为,缺乏必要的合作框架与基础是其中的一个主要因素之一.本文从现实基础和制度框架这样一个全新的角度,就东北亚经济合作的有关问题进行分析,并力求从合作途径和突破点方面以物流网络的构筑为中心,提出一些建设性的意见.

Constructing the Institutional Framework for Economic and Trade Cooperation in Northeastern Asia--A Think on the Way and Breakthrough Point of Cooperation

With the developing trends of world economy integration, regional economy integration and economy globalization, the economic cooperation in northeastern Asia has been the one focus that draws attention of the world. But the economic cooperation in northeastern Asia has not made any substantial progresses. The thesis regards the shortage of necessary institutional framework and base for cooperation as one of the main factors. And the thesis tries to analyze the concerned problems on the cooperation in northeastern Asia from the new angle of realistic base and institutional framework, and tries to propose some useful suggestions from the point of constructing the logistic network which could be the cooperate way and breakthrough point.
