我国区域经济合作的主要动力和发展趋势研究

当前,我国区域经济合作具有四大动力和四大趋势。四大动力分别是政府推动产生的牵引力、市场推动产生的驱动力、资源共享和利益双赢产生的向心力和区域之间的差异性和互补性产生的吸引力。这些动力的综合作用使得我国区域经济合作呈现四大趋势:一是以经济区或经济带为平台,区域合作具有坚实的载体;二是以合作区域的基础设施、创新体系、环境保护、市场体系、社会事业等领域的一体化发展为目标,合作成本不断降低;三是合作双赢或多赢局面日益普遍,合作收益不断增加;四是合作范围日益国际化,使得区域合作的空间资源配置效率不断提升。

Key Driving Forces and Developing Trends of Regional Cooperation in China

Nowadays,there are four driving forces and developing trends of regional cooperation in China.The four driving forces are composed of the tractive force pushed forward by all levels of governments,the driving force produced by gradually perfect social market economy,the centripetal force by regional sharing of resources and win-win interests,the attraction force by regional differences and complementarity.The combined effects of these powers improve China’s regional cooperation and appear four trends:Firstly,regional cooperation has a solid carrier with the developments of economic zone or economic region in China;Secondly,the cost of regional cooperation has been decreasing gradually with the improvement in integrated development in areas such as regional collaborative infrastructure,innovation system,environmental protection,and so on;Thirdly,regional cooperative interests are increasingly strengthened with appearing win-win or multi-win situations;Fourthly,the space efficiency of resource allocation of regional cooperation are increasingly rising with the rapid internationalization of cooperation scope.
