渝西经济走廊对外开放中应着力解决的几个问题

渝西经济走廊是重庆的三大构成部分之一,但这一地区的对外开放程度目前还很低。要想扬长避短地参与对外交流与合作,该地区必须进一步增强对外开放意识,有力地整合资源;要进一步加大基础设施投入,深化内部改革,营造良好的对外开放环境;应正确对待领导的政绩观和科学的可持续发展观;同时还要注重发展特色经济,树立起自己的品牌;最后,还要正确处理好对外开放与对内搞活、外来利益与本土利益的关系,使其和谐发展。

Important Issues Involved in Open of the Western Chongqing Economy Corridor

The western Chongqing Economy Corridor,only one of three-part Chongqing, takes on a low degree of opening to the outside world at present. In order to take advantage of its exchange or cooperation with outside world, it has to further refresh its opening idea, forcefully integrate resources, strenuously invest infrastrucrure, deeply reform its economic system, foster excellent opening environment rationally or reasonably mind political achievement and sustainable development. Meanwhile, its characteristics in economy have to be concerned, developing its own brand. Finally, we will appropriately balance open and reform, interests of investors and native or self-benefit, if we want to get a harmonious advance.
