| 摘 要： | 开展对外直接投资(FDI)是我国在世界经济全球化潮流中所面临的趋势。特别是在加入世界贸易组织后,我国更应该充分发挥自己的各项优势,在积极引进外资的同时,在有条件的领域进行对外直接投资,以提高本国资金的运作效率,最终促进国民经济的增长。文章从国际和国内两个方面,简述了促使我国企业开展对外投资的因素,以期对我国企业的对外投资实践提供参考。

| Abstract: | It is the tendency that Chinafaces in the trend of economic globalization of world to develop the foreign direct investments. Especially after joining the World Trade Organization, China should make full use of every own advantage to carry on the foreign direct investment in the possible fields while importing foreign capital actively. It will be helpful to improve the operation efficiency of the national funds and promote the growth of Chinese economy. Have analyzed about the reason that Chinese enterprises developed the foreign direct investments abroad from both international and domestic respects in this text, it will be hoped to offer reference to foreign direct investments for our national enterprises. |
