微波辅助提取黄牛木叶中咖啡因的工艺

摘    要:采用微波辅助提取法提取黄牛木叶中的咖啡因,利用邻苯二胺分光光度法测定咖啡因的含量,探索微波功率、提取时间、料液比对提取率的影响,用正交实验寻找最佳工艺条件.结果显示最优条件如下:微波功率为500 W,提取时间为20 min,料液比为1:10.在此条件下,咖啡因的提取率为0.194%.

Abstract:Microwave extraction was performed to extract caffeine from the leaves of Cratoxylum cochinchinense. The contents of caffeine were determined with o-phenylenediamine spectrophotometric method. Effects of microwave power, extraction time and solid to liquid ratio on extraction yield of caffeine were investigated. The optimized extracting conditions were determined experimentally with orthogonal design. Results show that optimal conditions are as follows: microwave power 500 w, extraction time 20 min, solid to liquid ratio 1:10. Under these conditions, caffeine extraction rate is 0.194%.
