| 摘 要： | 女大学生是我国人才资源宝库中的重要组成部分,她们正处于成才的黄金时期,立志成才是主流。然而,由于受到种种历史因素和现实条件的制约,使女大学生成才相对于男大学生来说更为艰难。为此从女大学生成才的心理角度出发,探讨妨碍女大学生成才的各种心理因素,并提出建议和对策。 |

| Abstract: | The female college students are one of the important components of the personnel resources in China. They are at the golden age of their growth and self perfection is the main stream. However, due to some historical and realistic factors, it's more difficult for them to fulfill self perfection in comparison with the male ones. We analyzed the psychological factors which disturb the self perfection of them, and offered suggestion and countermeasure. |
