| 摘 要： | 提出了用住宅房型特征因素来描述和概括形式各异的住宅平面间差异的方法。通过对住宅消费者进行抽样调查 ,以数据信息为基础 ,运用统计分析技术 ,定量研究住宅房型特征因素与消费者价值取向的内在关系。结果表明 :在诸多房型特征因素中 ,消费者最为注重的是住宅的平面利用效率因素、内向和外向 (动静 )关系因素、采光因素以及入口形式因素等

| Abstract: | This paper presents a method of using a series of factors to represent the apartment plan properties.The acceptability of plans is reflected by a questionaire survey.By performing correlation analyses between plan properties and its acceptability it identifies apartment plan properties that account for the relative differences in its acceptability.The results reveal that the utility of plan area,the solution of open-private relationship,the day lighting condition,the form of the entrance are important determinants of apartment's acceptability for people. |
