| 摘 要： | 留守儿童是当前我国一个庞大而特殊的弱势群体。解决留守儿童问题,有赖于养育儿童观念的改变;遵守联合国《儿童权利公约》,确保不违背儿童父母的意愿使儿童和父母分离;给予农民工"国民待遇",取消户籍差别。

| Abstract: | Left-behind children in our country is a huge number of special vulnerable groups.Solve the problem of left-behind children,depends on our nurturing children＇s the change of concept. Comply with the United Nations The Convention on the Rights of the Child.States Parties shall ensure that a child shall not be separated from his or her parents against their will.Give migrant workers ＂national treatment＂.Deletion their household registration differences. |
