| Abstract: | The teaching method of behavioral guidance is a popular teaching theory in the German vocational education.It advocates teachers turning to the guidance of activity and counselor and question-master of learning in teaching,but as the main bodies of learning,the students should shift from ＂learning then doing＂ to ＂learning by doing＂ with full initiative and enthusiasm of learning.This has great reference value for the teaching of social work practice,and can guide the teaching innovation and reform of social work in theory. |
