社会工作专业实习中的关系问题反思

建立和处理各种关系是社会工作专业实习中一项非常重要的工作。初次实习的学生因为个人经验、技能以及自我的局限,在建立和处理关系上反映出一些值得深入思考的问题。本文重点讨论了学生处理与实习机构和与服务对象的关系问题。最后提出处理一切关系的关键是学生的专业自我。

Reflect on Relationship Issue in Practice of Social Work

Building and coping kinds of relationship is a very important job in social work practice. New student-practicers, be- cause of their limited personal experiences, limited professional skills and abilities, and their own selves, have some problems on building and coping relations which are worth of deep thinking. This paper focuses on two relationship issues： the one is the relationship with a- gencies and the other is the relationship with clients. And at last of the paper, the author raises the key of coping all kinds of relations is the professional self of the students.
