| Abstract: | According to the research,the laid-off workers are facing many problems in the quality and legal protection of their marriage and family.By focusing on the situation of marriage and family of laid-off workers,on the legal and social rights and interests protection,the research revealed the deficiency of related policies and laws,and suggested that some policies and laws should be revised and perfected.Besides,gender perspective should be put in the law. |
