| 摘 要： | 金代以人为主组成的牌子，为军事组织的基本单位。元代沿用了金代这一军事组织的基本单位，但是性质已经发生了些许变化。牌子已经具有户籍管理的职能，已经出现以户为社会基本单位的牌子户。《黑城出土文书》（汉文文书卷）所载牌子户就是其例证．从而也证明了亦集乃路的社会基层组织为“渠牌制”。 |

| Abstract: | Jin Dynasty＇ s Pai Zi composed primarily by the people, was fundamental unit of military organization. Yuan Dynasty had continued to use the fundamental unit of military organization in Jin Dynasty, but the natures of some have taken place. Pal Zi had the function of household register management, already appeared households as the basic unit of the society. Khara Khoto Documents （ Chinese Volumes） was contained in the example of the Pai Zi. Thus this had proved that Ehina Lu＇ s social basic organization was ＂Qu Pai System＂. |
