任何理论都是以一定的世界观、社会观和人性观建立起来的。资源的稀缺性、社会单位的个体性和人类理性的有限性是政治学方法论的基础和前提。在政治学研究的过程中,必须承认人类在一定历史条件下有限的认识能力,不应拘泥于所谓“终极真理”的探讨。

Theories are established upon the outlook of world,society and humanity.The rarity of resouses,the individuality of social unit and the limitation of human rationality are premises of the political methodology.We must recognize that human beings have limited capacity under definite historical condition when doing political research.Thus we are not constrained by "ultimate truth".
