| Abstract: | Exercising effective supervision from the constitution is an important way to build our socialist country under the rule of law.This paper puts forward some superficial views as to the standing of the constitution in the course of constructing a country under the rule of law,the interrelations between the administering of a country in accordance with the law and the constitutional supervisory systems and how to strengthen this system. |
