摘    要:在阐述并购引发的人力资源整合问题的基础上,以国内外成功与失败的并购案例为例,对并购企业人力资源整合的意义进行分析,指出并购后的人力资源整合关系到并购成败。最后论述并购企业人力资源整合的措施。

Abstract:On the basis of expounding the human resources integration caused by merger and acquisition,the paper analyzed the significance of merged enterprises' human resources integration by comparing the success and the failure of the merger and acquisition cases occured in foreign enterprises and domestic ones.The paper also deduced the relations of human resources integration after merging,in which either the success or the failure is demonstrated.Finally,it summarized the methods of the human resources integration in merged enterprises.
