A New Idea on Transport Document

It is obvious that the changes of transport document should be affected by the maritime legislation in shipping state and maritime conventions worldwide.Because of negotiability of transport document,the carrier or performing party may burden certain extra risks meanwhile the businessman can share the convenience in trade exchange.To balance the risks,it has become a practical mode to establish a dual-track system of transport document,the operation of which may make abolishing the system of bill of lading become necessary.
