| 摘 要： | 消极自由观念研究的基本范畴主要包括以下四个方面的内容：消极自由观念的理论前提;消极自由的概念;消极自由是如何生成的;消极自由主义国家理论。正是这四个方面的内容,才使得消极自由观念会有了系统性,才构成了完整的消极自由观念。
